The perfection of a sound by TIANGXI!

There are applications that require communication skills. By this we do not mean via a serial line but classically by voice. Even today, we all use them daily on our phones, tablets and laptops. Nowdays perhaps even more than ever. In the last few months, communicating via electrical devices is safer than meeting face to face. There are still a lot of companies that implement various microphones and speakers in their devices used for many applications from home intercoms, through various bells, buzzers, sirens, toys, communication devices, eavesdropping, etc.

In this article, we want to introduce you to our possibilities in acoustics and sound. The manufacturer TIANGXI has over 21 years of experience in the production of speakers, buzzers and microphones. Everyone who has ever bought a speaker wanted the best and purest sound from it. It is necessary to note what human ear hears and is able to distinguish. We talk about the range of 20Hz - 20kHz and the older a person is, the shorter the bandwidth on both sides he hears.

The picture shows how the human middle ear evaluates frequencies. And thus we move on to how we further distinguish frequencies into treble - mids - bass. You can also select speakers according to their use. Another division of sound that is outside the spectrum that the human ear hears is the so-called infrasound and ultrasound. Infrasound is all below 20Hz (e.g. these sounds can be heard by elephants ferrets or whales). However the ultrasound, which is all above 20kHz. (e.g. can be heard by  dogs cats horses or dolphins but the record holders are a bat (about 220kHz) and wax moth (up to 300kHz).

There are several different types, from electromagnetic buzzers, piezoceramic buzzers to miniature, wideband, treble, center and bass speakers. And when choosing, it is necessary to distinguish its use accordinglly by frequency, power, impedance and sensitivity.

The frequency indicates the range of how much speaker can sound, with a tolerance of 6-10 dB.

Impedance indicates how much electricity must pass through the speaker to deliver maximum power. The lower this value, the better electricity flows through the speaker.

Power is measured according to the RMS standard, which indicates what power can be supplied to the speaker without being damaged during extended use. If the so-called RMS power is given, it is about half of the maximum power of the device.

Sensitivity indicates how loud the speaker can play at 1W power.

Other parameters are the materials from which the speakers are made. It is usually a metal or plastic frame, ferrite magnet, neodymium or AlNiCo, paper, plastic, mylar membrane

The manufacturer has a few basic types in its portfolio, but its scope is primarily to adapt to customer needs. Therefore, if you are choosing a speaker, buzzer or microphone, please send us the parameters you need and we will either be able to choose our portfolio or some types can be easily modified and adjusted exactly to your needs. In this case, please contact our sales department.
